Data Model of UniMeterRadio system

Data Model defines forms and contents of data, transferred to and from devices, created hierarchical structure of radio reading system UniMeterRadio. Equivalent modular programm's structure is basically divided :

	RADIOMER	- base PC aplication maintained readings
	RSERVIS		- PC aplication for service settings of radio modules
	WRADIO		- basic Handheld aplication
	RADIBOOT/HEAD	- rádio modul aplication - variant reading header
	RADIBOOT/UNIM	- rádio modul aplication - universal meter
	COMSWITC	- low-level communication aplication (tCPU_S, tCPU_C)
