Overall concept is based on knowledges of Slovak environment in range of heat metering, and practical knowledges of reading system for flat's consumption meters.
Very short conclusions:
Practically in all cases in range of flat consumptions meters is dominant "walk-by" reading from meter's counter, or displey. In range of block of flats heat meters is mostly used "walk-by" reading from displey, but partionally with help of electronic devices (opto header with handheld, resp. handheld with connector). In same localoties are realised nets with cable connections (MBUS, SIO) to heat meters with ability of remote reading from central dispatching system.
